A touch of Ennui

This week I've mostly ... been playing Fable 2 or LOTRO.

I'm not sure what it is, but I'm not feeling enthusiastic about WOW, and it seems I'm not the only one. Alt levelling kept such feelings at bay for a while, but with relatively low numbers of the guild regularly online at present, life consists mainly of dailys and Wintergrasp (and to be honest I'm out of WG/PvP stuff to purchase). Is this a kind of "3 month itch?"

Certainly a reduction in WOW hours in favour of other stuff (I have a LOTRO account as a "backup MMO", and a small pile of underplayed/as-yet-unplayed Xbox and PC games) may reinvigorate my interest in Warcraft, particularly if 3.1 has some interesting non-raid stuff (Ulduar, for all its coolness, isn't somewhere I expect the Ravens to venture in the immediate future).
