Bear necessities

As I mentioned last week, collecting pets and mounts has been one of my in-game hobbies The bear necessities of Warcraft lifefor a while and while the 3.02 changes have allowed my pet collection to burgeon, the sheer cost of buying mounts has kept things in check, with only one (or occasionally two) variants of each epic though all the basic mounts for each faction (thanks to being Exalted with all factions) which still got me to 25.

Wrath offers a number of new mounts and despite the expense I saved most of my cash from the A Zevra in Dalaranearly exploration of Northrend and purchased an alliance Armoured Brown bear which, while not as imposing as the now-defunct ZA bears, is a pretty nifty sight (and cheaper than my Cenarion Hippogrif). He joins the Zevra also aquired last week via the Recruit a Friend program
