Full circle

When classic WoW ended and Burning Crusade began I was a Frost Mage. I soon switched to Arcane, and spend most of the time since (barring a couple of days of PvP experiments) as Arcane and/or Arcane-Fire.

A couple of months back I switched to Arcane-Frost and its been great fun, and as part of my experimenting to prior to 3.0 and WotLK, I'm going to try another Deep Frost build, partly for the hell of it and partly as prep for the expansion. I have a mind to compare my performance in Live 2.4 with the 3.0-style spec I have on the Beta (assuming I can get in ...) since my current Arcane-Frost spec will be impossible come the transition (the joys of the wholesale messing with the mage talent trees).
